We are grateful for the time and effort you took to share your thoughts and experiences on Native American’s Cultural Significance of Food, Food Sovereignty & Sustainability, Traditional Native American Foods, and Lakota Traditional Food. The Culinary Arts students also had the chance to prepare and taste some of Native American dishes.
