Welcome to our 1st and 2nd grade reading and math page. We love to have fun, move, play, and create while learning, so check back often to keep updated on our exciting learning experiences!

 I have been a teacher for 18 years, and have spent the last 12 years teaching at Mobridge-Pollock.  I feel so fortunate to be a part of this wonderful group of students, families, and staff.  My educational background includes a B.S. in Child Development and Family Science from North Dakota State University, a B.S. in Elementary Education from Valley City State University, and an M.A. in Educational Administration-Adult and Higher Education from the University of South Dakota. In 2021, I became certified in online teaching.

My husband TJ also teaches and coaches in the M-P School District, and we have three children; Kale, Rue, and Axel. I love reading for enjoyment, learning new things, going to concerts, spending time outside in nice weather, and going to M-P activities. Go Tigers!
